Happy New Year!!

Guess it's not too late to wish Happy New Year to all my readers! Let's all put behind the bad & good moments in 2011. Lessons learnt from the bad moments. Memories to cherish from the good moments. Let's get ourselves prepared for 2012! Bring it on!!

Initially, i didnt have any new year resolutions since ive never did have any years before. Or rather, never been able to achieve then. But NOW, while lying down in bed, i realised that there's a few things i need to sort out this year. It'll make me a better mummy, wife, daughter, daughter-in-law, and worker.

No.1
Reduce my UPL(s). Too much in 2011. I too, am surprised of the number of UPL(s) i took in 2011. On top of my 7 days annual leave! Not a good impression to Big Boss!! So for 2012, i gotta plan my 8 days annual leave properly...Well, it's 14 days if i include my childcare leave too!!

No.2
Tryna cut down on smoking. Even better if i QUIT. My kids are the main reason why i've decided to try. They're no longer babies. They're growing fast. And it'd be good if they don't pick up the habit at all. AT ALL. It's gonna be SUPER DUPER hard for me, since i'll be facing more stress at work, but insya-allah, i'll take it one step at a time.

No.3
Save, save n save! Danish will be attending Pri 1 in 2013. So, it's definitely a must to put aside a huge amount of 'ka-ching ka-ching' for his school books, uniform, stationery, pocket money, etc! Not forgetting the fees for student care/maid! We're still deciding on who to look after the boys before and after school!! I have no worries on guiding their homework cause i volunteer to do so. At the same time, i'll be able to exercise my brain...I'm more worried about their lunch, and who's caring for them while waiting for me to come home from work. Dilemma dilemma....

No.4
Get my driving license. Or start my part-time diploma? Either one of this within this year? It's a part of my upgrading plans. Driving license, so at least we could comfortably go to and fro JB. Since we're visiting JB very often now. It's inconvenient with the kids to go through the rush of getting on the Causeway Link bus. Chaotic!! As for the diploma, more skills means more pay right? It's gonna be easier for me too, if i intend to change company right?

Well, the most important resolutions to achieve are definitely the top 3. No.4 could wait a while longer. No hurries. So ppl, wish me luck!!
