there were some problems yesterday regarding my transport pick-up time...nobody seems to know what time the transport will arrive at woodlands int n what's the bus plate no...tried calling the person in-charge of transports but she didnt pick up the phone...finally, no choice have to call HR though she did say that the details have already been smsed to me....
the HR was shouting on the phone...asking for anybody who knows regarding the woodlands transport...she did get the drivers' hp no. though...n it was very USEFUL...hehehehe...so, pick up was at 7am, woodlands interchange-power station...called the driver in the morning asking bout the plate no...and yes...i was on the way to work....
since i've already made my Jurong Island pass, it was very easy to get through the 'immigration'. If not, i'll have to ask the driver to wait for me to get the V pass...n on return journey, to return the pass...which is definitely troublesome! I made my way to the company lobby and informed the receptionist there that im seeing Miss ***, but the recep was like so shocked!! I dont know why...n i did say im reporting for 1st day at work...only then, she called my HR....
i had to wait for nearly an hour before i was given my contract n employee handbook...and i had to read thru page by page...after signing on the contract, my HR brought me over to my departmental office...there, i had to wait for further 45mins before someone from the site office asked me to follow him...once at the site office, i had to wait until 11.45am...koz no one from my department was in at the moment...so, only after lunch then i met my supervisor....
i was brought over to his office and that's where i stayed till working hours are over...nothing much to do though...senior taught me a few of the basic and then, both he and sup go missing...and basically that's what will happen eventually...they are meant to be outside at the site..not in the office...since im there, im taking over their paperwork...anyway, actual office is not yet ready...and there's more new staff coming in nxt week...
official working hours are 0730-1730hrs..but since the direct transport to woodlands is only available at 1830hrs, confirmed OT for 1hr lor!! and fri 2hrs OT since officially fri off duty at 1630hrs...but then, tmr im released half day by my sup koz i needed to go for my medical check-up...haizz....mcm keje pat airport lak nak kene check-check...
i need to sleep early today...koz i'll be waking up at 0330hrs as B works morning tmr n i'll need to catch my transport at 0615hrs....im terribly sleepy now...aniq is not around as he is at his grandma's place..its an advantage for me though...but i miss B...as soon as i return from work, he was getting ready to go terawih...so didnt talk to him much...still tinking whether to wait for B or have my dinner and BOBOK!!
