My first Brownies engagement project. For the past week, i've been running around the whole Singapore, just to source materials. Sourcing through the internet has not been useful enough. Had to go through all the trouble by taking the risk down to these baking speciality stores to get what i need. From edible decorative icings, custom-made brownies' mould to unique cake boxes. *Phew*
What my customer requested was quite simple indeed. But being me, the first-timer to create an engagement gift, it was difficult. But with Hubby's support, it has made me more eager to complete this project to my customer's expectations!
Pictures here of how the Brownies turn out! Oh Gosh! I AM SUPER SATISFIED! I'm waiting for the comments to come in later in the evening. I wonder if it'll taste as nice as it looks!
